What can I expect from one-on-one coaching?
In our 1:1 coaching sessions, you can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we’ll work together to help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and we’ll focus on identifying challenges, setting clear goals, and developing actionable strategies to create meaningful change.
During our time together, we’ll explore topics such as leadership development, work-life balance, career transitions, healthier habits, or whatever area you’re seeking support in. My role is to guide and challenge you, provide insights, and offer tools to help you build confidence and take action.
Coaching is a partnership, and I’m here to help you stay accountable, navigate roadblocks, and grow into the person you want to become. Whether you’re looking for clarity, motivation, or a plan to move forward, our sessions are designed to help you feel empowered and make progress in all areas of your life.

How many coaching sessions do I need?
The number of coaching sessions varies depending on your goals and the support you're looking for. Some clients find clarity and direction in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support over several months to work through more complex goals or changes.
Typically, I recommend starting with a minimum of 4–6 sessions to allow enough time to set goals, develop strategies, and see progress. However, the coaching relationship is flexible, and we can adjust the frequency and duration based on your evolving needs. Whether you're seeking short-term guidance or long-term growth, we'll create a plan that works best for you.

What is your coaching style or approach?
My coaching style is collaborative, compassionate, and action-oriented. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your goals, challenges, and aspirations. I blend practical strategies with a holistic approach, considering both your personal and professional life to help you find balance and fulfillment.
We’ll work together to identify what’s holding you back, and I’ll guide you through setting achievable, meaningful goals. I use techniques from mindfulness, stress management, and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help you build confidence and take actionable steps toward positive change. Throughout the process, I’ll challenge you to grow, but always with empathy and encouragement.
Whether you’re navigating career transitions, leadership challenges, or work-life balance, my goal is to help you feel empowered and aligned with your values so you can thrive in all areas of life.

Do you offer virtual or in-person coaching?
I only offer virtual coaching sessions, allowing flexibility for clients no matter where they’re located. Virtual sessions are held via video conferencing, making it convenient for you to schedule sessions that fit your busy life.
For small group or corporate/team programs, I offer in-person sessions in the Greater New York City area and Northern New Jersey.

What's the difference between therapy and coaching?
Therapy is typically focused on healing emotional pain, working through trauma, or addressing mental health issues like anxiety or depression. It often involves looking at past experiences to understand and resolve current challenges. Therapists are licensed professionals who diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused and goal-oriented. As a coach, I help you clarify your goals, develop strategies to achieve them, and overcome obstacles along the way. Coaching is designed to help you move forward, grow personally and professionally, and create a more fulfilling life. It's not about diagnosing or treating mental health concerns, but rather about supporting you in becoming the best version of yourself.

How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! The first step is to schedule a complimentary consultation where we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching can support you. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit to work together.
From there, we’ll customize a coaching plan based on your needs and preferences, whether it’s a one-time session or a longer-term partnership. You can reach out via the contact form on my website or email me directly at info@sarahbromero.com.
