I’m Sarah Bogdanski Romero, a mother, leader, and certified coach dedicated to helping moms like you find balance, fulfillment, and purpose.
In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. We juggle career, family, and countless responsibilities, often at the expense of our well-being. Many of us struggle to set boundaries, lean on unhealthy coping mechanisms, and find it hard to carve out time for self-care, relationships, and the passions that light us up.
Chill Mama is here to change that. It’s about reclaiming your time, joy, health, and peace—because in this busy world, we could all use a little more chill. Don’t you agree?
My Story
Becoming a mom has been one of the most profound transformations of my life. From my values and priorities, to how I integrate and intertwine the many elements of my life together. My career, my health and well-being, my relationships, and my individuality.
With Chill Mama, I am integrating all parts of me to bring a special partnership to moms looking for support in how they write this current chapter of their life:
A Little Bit About Me
I bring over 20 years of experience in the business world, with roles in media, entertainment, and health across both global organizations and start-ups. For 12+ years, I’ve built and led high-performing teams at companies like NBCUniversal, Walt Disney Entertainment, and BuzzFeed.
Since becoming an NYU Certified Life & Career Coach in 2015, I’ve coached professionals across industries like tech and media, helping them find greater fulfillment in their careers. I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals and leaders from companies such as Meta, Google, Audible, Uber, and LinkedIn.
I also have additional coach training and experience in Behavioral Health (via Lyra Health), with a focus on stress management, self-compassion, and mindfulness. I’ve developed strategies to help clients manage anxiety, cultivate a deeper sense of self-care, and even improve sleep through CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia).
I’m proud to be half Mexican and half Polish. Being a bicultural, first-generation Mexican American is a key part of my identity and shapes the way I approach life and work.
Before welcoming my daughter, I experienced two pregnancy losses, including a late-term loss. My fertility journey was long and challenging, and I am so grateful for the beautiful family I have today.
Today, I live in the New York City area with my husband and daughter. You’ll often find me at the playground with my little one, browsing the local farmer’s market for fresh flowers (which I adore!), doing Pilates, or sharing a coffee with mom friends in the park. Our family loves to travel, and we make it a point to celebrate life, especially at the beach or in the mountains!

My coaching philosophy is rooted in empathy, practical tools, and a deep belief in the power of self-compassion. I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space where moms can explore their goals, redefine success, and achieve balance.
My mission with Chill Mama is to empower moms to thrive—both in their careers and in their personal lives—by helping them reclaim their time, set healthy boundaries, and prioritize their well-being.
Chill Mama was born out of my own experiences navigating the complexities of motherhood and career. I wanted to create an offering where moms could find not only practical support but feel understood, supported, and empowered to lead with confidence.
